Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including posters, flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
• Develop and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and client use.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
• (Optional / Bonus) Assist in video production — filming, editing, and creating short promotional clips for digital marketing.
• Stay updated on design trends and property marketing visuals.
