We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our property agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media posts, and presentations. A good sense of design aesthetics, branding, and attention to detail is essential. Skills in video editing and shooting are a plus.

Overview

We are a property agency seeking a designer to create engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media posts, and presentations. The candidate should have strong design aesthetics, branding attention to detail, and may contribute in video editing and shooting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials including posters, flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
  • Develop and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and client use.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
  • (Optional / Bonus) Assist in video production — filming, editing, and creating short promotional clips for digital marketing.
  • Stay updated on design trends and property marketing visuals.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of social media content creation and formatting.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • (Bonus) Experience in video shooting and editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
