Senior Business Controller

The Senior Business Controller provides leadership and coordination in overall strategic financial management to ensure business continuity, operational efficiency, and growth. This role covers business control, financial planning, budgeting, and performance management, and will lead a finance team across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in delivering sound financial and business solutions to support both tactical and strategic decisions.
• Partner closely with senior management and operations teams to drive business and financial performance.
• Identify, implement, and support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Lead the budgeting process, management reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Evaluate CAPEX projects, monitor returns, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate long‑term strategic planning and optimize resource allocation for the Business Unit.
• Oversee financial operations, internal controls, and compliance across multiple sites.
• Analyze and report on financial and business performance, projections, and other ad‑hoc projects.
• Prepare robust short‑ and long‑term financial forecasts.
• Establish, implement, and maintain accounting, reporting, and administrative policies.
• Build, develop, and strengthen the finance team, ensuring strong business partnering capabilities.
