Responsibilities :
Identify potential new clients :
Conduct networking.
Client Relationships & Account Management :
Build trust-based relationships and maintain ties with existing customers.
Serve as the main point of contact before, during, and after projects.
Needs Analysis & Product Recommendations
Learn clients' requirements and suggest suitable building materials, machinery, or services.
Closing & Contract Management
Finalize agreements, secure signatures, improve profit margins.
Requirement :
Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and excellent organizational.
Seeking a dependable individual who can drive to multiple locations & own transportation is preferred.
