Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and overseeing accounts payable operations for the APAC region; each person is tagged to one country.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Collaborates with internal departments, including Purchasing and Shared Services teams, to streamline AP processes.
• Maintains compliance with internal control frameworks and financial audit requirements.
• Investigates and resolves payment issues, maintains financial records, and supports financial audits.
