Warehouse Internal Audit Control Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of daily inbound, outbound flows, and storage locations, ensuring accuracy in shipment documentation.
• Perform process-based and follow-up audits to identify process risks, assess controls, and report on gaps.
• Facilitate audit kick-off meetings to outline objectives, finalize information requests, and schedule key audit milestones.
• Enforce compliance with SOPs and conduct ethical audits for warehouse teams across multiple countries.
• Document the audit results which will include daily data entry and discuss the audit results with the leadership team.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports to guide operations in implementing corrective actions.
• Enhance internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies in alignment with company objectives.
• Analyses operational inefficiencies in warehouse functions, recommend improvements nd propose actionable steps to management.
• Evaluate audit findings to determine their severity and associated risks, ensuring effective resolution of non-conformance issues.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, sharing emerging findings and progress throughout the audit.
• Travel internationally to support warehouse audits and perform additional assigned tasks.
