About the role

Likom Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Melaka. As the Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. This full-time position will have you leading a team of skilled technicians and operators to ensure consistently high-quality output and on-time delivery to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
Monitor and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency and reduce downtime
Implement lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve production workflows
Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
Provide training and development opportunities for the production team
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to align production activities with the overall business strategy
Maintain accurate and detailed records of production data and KPIs

What we're looking for

Certificate or Diploma in electronic or relevant engineering or technical discipline

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing industry

Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control measures

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Effective communication and teambuilding abilities

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
