Production Executive

At Taiko Drum Industries Sdn. Bhd., we are committed to delivering high-quality products with precision and efficiency. We are seeking a proactive and capable Production Executive to oversee production activities, lead manpower allocation, and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.

Job Responsibilities : -

• To plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• To lead and manage production manpower, including shift arrangements, task assignments, training, and performance monitoring.
• To supervise and motivate production team members to achieve targets and maintain high work standards.
• To monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• To ensure all operations comply with quality control, safety, and ISO / 5S standards.
• To liaise closely with procurement, warehouse, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• To maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, and manpower reports.
• To support in implementing new production processes, machinery setup, and workflow improvements.
• To conduct on-the-job training and skill development for operators and line leaders.
• To assist in cost control by minimizing material wastage and optimizing resource usage.
• To participate in regular management meetings to report performance, issues, and recommendations.
• To handle disciplinary, attendance, and performance matters within the production team in coordination with HR.

Job Requirement : -

Able to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Position to be based in Melaka.
