Job Title : Player / Gamer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

Location : G Tower, Ampang Park Station, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Rotational shift between 7 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 PM, 9 hours per day, 5 days a week

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Mandarin-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team at G Tower, KL. You will provide support to a large player base for a popular MMORPG game, ensuring high-quality assistance via live chat, email, and in-game tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to player inquiries through various support channels (email, chat, ticketing system)
• Troubleshoot in-game issues including item restoration, account or billing problems
• Read and analyze game logs to identify problems and offer effective solutions
• Provide accurate and timely information to players regarding updates or issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
• Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with player concerns
