Senior Learning and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist for our Global HR team, responsible for SEA regions. Key responsibilities include :
- Understand the business and organization strategies, define talent challenges and apply them to talent program design.
- Design and deliver global talent programs for MY and SGP sites, engaging local senior leaders and HR teams.
- Measure effectiveness and optimize program design.
- Develop, cultivate, and award internal trainers.
- Develop external talent agencies and co‑create program and content design with agencies.
Qualifications :
At least 3 years’ experience in learning and talent development within the industry.Strong passion for talent and learning programs to support employee growth and career development.Customer centric, proven project management ability including design, planning, implementation and review.Excellent collaboration skills in cross‑functions and global regions.Effective communication capability to engage with senior leaders and get alignment.Strong self‑driven, high‑energy and resilient.Seniority level : Associate
