Job descriptionManage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing and dispatch of materials and finished goods. Oversee proper ESD and moisture-sensitive device (MSD) handling and storage. Coordinate timely material issuance to production lines to prevent downtime Monitor and control stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Ensure proper labelling, location management and FIFO (First In, First Out) implementation Conduct regular cycle counts and support annual stock take Liaise with forwarders and transporters for delivery arrangements. Prepare and maintain LMW documentation and reports Prepare and submit monthly inventory and material usage reports. Lead and train store personnel on procedures, safety and housekeeping Ensure compliance with ISO, 5S, and EHS standards & Support periodic stock audits with Finance and internal auditors Manage scrap disposal and ensure documentation is completed. Support process improvement and cost optimization projects. Maintain store equipment and tools in good working condition. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Materials Department Manager. Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment. Familiar with ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements :
- Exposure and experience in 'ISO / IATF Standard' is an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of LMW regulations and Malaysian Customs requirements.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems, FIFO management, and warehouse safety practice.
