Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (outreach, meetings, proposals).
- Lead discovery, solution pitching, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead-gen activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Develop account plans to grow revenue with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitors; share insights with leadership.
- Coordinate smooth handover to delivery / customer success teams.
Requirements
3–5 years in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred).Must able to speak in MandarinProven track record of meeting / exceeding revenue targets.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Comfortable with prospecting and managing the full sales cycle.Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
