Job descriptionA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies (experienced with Kantar, Nielsen is preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the development of promotional activities and marketing strategies.
