Job descriptionDevelop and execute strategic key account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key buyers and category managers from accounts such as Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer, AEON, and Lotus. Drive in-store execution and product visibility by planning effective trade promotions and managing the trade spend (A&P) to maximize ROI. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution. Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years in key account management, with strong Modern Trade (MT) channel experience. Independent and data-driven individual with strong communication skills.
RM7k to RM9k + monthly & quarterly incentives
We are currently looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager for a fast-growing brand in the FMCG space. This position will have a chance to manage their key Modern Trade (MT) channels, and requires your urgent attention.
