Job descriptionWork closely with the internal Talent Management Team and Hiring Managers in ensure the closure of the recruitment activity. Initiate sourcing strategy through the resources provided by the internal Talent Management Team, including job posting optimization, candidates marketing channel development, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, etc. Identify and source appropriate talent for the assigned manpower requisition in the organization. Perform pre-screening process, including initial assessment, phone interviews to enhance the quality and relevancy of the shortlisted candidates for the hiring managers. Join participation of recruitment events with the internal Talent Management Team, such as career fairs, college recruitment programme, graduates development programme, etc. Promote the employer brand of the organization. Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements. Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent. Preferable 3 to 5 years experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years experience in performing candidates search function. Experienced in dealing with diversified business and managing various levels of stakeholders in a MNC environment. Knowledge in using computer / MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in SmartRecruiter) is an added advantage. Applicants are able to work from home and willing to travel nationwide occasionally. Successful candidates shall need to undergo a Company Familiarization Programme and the Employer Brand Training. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and communication. Mature and excellent communication skill with ability to work with various levels of stakeholders. Pleasant personality, energetic and result oriented with minimum supervision. TRANSLATES STRATEGY INTO ACTIONS – Effectively communicates strategy and action plans to others. Agrees on SMART targets / KPIs / objectives that are linked to the strategy. Reviews progress against the defined objectives. COLLABORATES EFFECTIVELY – Goes beyond ‘borders’ to connect with others. Shares information and resources across countries / businesses / teams. Leverages diversity to work efficiently. Seeks out and replicates better practices. Overcomes barriers that inhibit interaction. DELIVERS SUPERIOR RESULTS – Sets higher standards of performance. Fosters a sense of urgency to exceed tar-gets. Works to exceed customers’ expectations.
