Position Purpose

As part of the Regional Retail & Operations team, the Project Management Senior Executive will be responsible for driving and coordinating strategic retail operations projects across LUXASIA’s regional markets. This role is critical to scaling and implementing the LUXASIA RX Framework , ensuring operational excellence and harmonizing retail standards across all channels (boutiques, department stores, and counters).

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring alignment, adoption and successful rollout of initiatives such as new retail technologies, Power BI dashboards, retail SOPs and process standardization.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

Project management & Execution

• Drive end-to-end management of regional retail operations projects, from planning to rollout and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate with country operations managers, retail managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project adoption across markets.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, and trackers to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
