Responsibilities
- Monitor the finance processes and SOP, to identify process bottleneck and implement system enhancement in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day accounting & finance functions including payments, staff claims and cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting reports and submission of monthly / periodic financial and management reports.
- Perform strategic financial management and planning as well as analyzing management reports such as P&L, financial dashboard, and reports as required.
- Monitor debtor, creditor aging and ensure AR collected on time.
- Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors and tax agent.
- Perform annual budget planning and forecasting.
- Timely monthly payroll and statutory payments preparation (EPF,SOCSO,IRB,HRDF)
- Involve in other assigned ad-hoc projects and perform any other duties as may be required from time to time.
Job Requirement
Advanced / Diploma in Accounting or tertiary level qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related disciplinesAt least 2-3 years of work experience in the accounting function, preferably in commercial services companies or outsourcing accounting service providers.Knowledgeable in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards, relevant tax and audit rules, procedures and guidelinesProficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong spreadsheet skills (Excel essential) Word, Accounting such as Auto Count and UBS Payroll softwareBe proactive, thorough, analytical and detail orientedAble to work both in a team environment and independentlyGood team player with interpersonal and communications skillsJob Highlights
