Perform monthly RPT reconciliation with PM division to make sure both side entry is reconciled.
Identify the unreconciled item from both parties & reconcile it.
Audit Schedule
Prepare and maintenance of monthly audit listing from time-to-time for respective audit listing
Ensure the softcopy invoice for professional fees, legal fees, processing fees, penalty, hire purchase loan, services and part charges payment are up-to-date
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for respective bank(s)
Prepare journal entry for bank charges, cheque processing fees and get verified by Division Head.
Ensure the bank reconciliation statement and SB Client aretally from time-to-time
Transaction are keeping track in properly manner.
MFSR Compliance
Tabulate MFRS 15 revenue impact and recognize into financial statement in monthly basis
Update MFRS 16 Lease schedule as per latest tenancy agreement arrangement and recognize into financial statement in monthly basis
Comply with relevant MFRS in financial statement.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by HOD / DIV HEAD in order to meet operational and / or other requirements. Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking or equivalent
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Possess strong knowledge about Accounting management / Administration management / Banking Management
Independent, committed and problem solving attitude.
Proficient in MS Excel, and Word and relevant accounting software.
Basic knowledge on Investment Product
Required language : English and Malays, Mandarin are preferable. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
