Job descriptionBachelor’s degree / Diploma in relevant field. At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer or in a similar role. Expert in scripting languages like Powershell, Python, Bash or other similar languages. Experience in Wintel platforms, On Premise is a plus. Strong understanding knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, Routing) & AWS core services such as EC2, Load Balancer, VPC, SSM, CloudWatch etc. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda etc is a plus. Certifications with AWS, security or other infrastructure are advantageous. Shift rotation is required with extra compensation. Ability to speak & converse in both English & Chinese. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and performance of AWS infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Design, Architect & Implementauto-scaling, load balancing, and failover strategiesin AWS environments.
- Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or various technologies (e.g.,PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, etc).
- Deployobservability tools(e.g.,Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, etc) for system health monitoring.
- Manageinfrastructure as code (IaC)for scalable and repeatable provisioning.
- Provide technical guidance and support across our internal team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure the process aligns with organization standard.
