We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Sungai Petani Kedah. As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of construction teams to ensure projects are progressing as planned
• Monitoring the quality of work and implementing quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues
• Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Developing and implementing efficient site management processes and procedures
• Mentoring and training junior site supervisors and construction workers to develop their skills
• Preparing detailed reports on project progress, budgets, and any other key metrics
