Our expanding Business Space Division is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru to support our Singapore-based operations.
Job Objectives
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our Johor Bahru team and contribute to the growth of our Singapore-based real estate consultancy. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in generating and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our industrial and commercial property services. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and achieving our sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate interest in SLP\'s industrial and commercial property services by conducting high-volume cold calls to prospective clients from curated lead lists.
- Identify potential opportunities by qualifying leads through effective questioning and needs assessment.
- Engage prospects and convert leads into appointments or sales by following up on marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and current records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Marketing Coordinators to refine lead lists and optimize the sales funnel.
- Provide feedback on call conversion rates and market trends to enhance sales strategies.
- Contribute to the team\'s success by helping to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in real estate or B2B sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.Fluency in both English and Mandarin to engage with a diverse client base.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation platforms (e.g., Zapier), and ERP systems.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data tracking and reporting.Knowledge of the industrial and commercial real estate market is a plus.Seniority level
