JOB SCOPE :
– including issuance, filing, tracking, and submission to HQ and branch offices.
– respond to phone calls, emails, and attend to walk-in and call-in customers professionally.
– manage office supplies, stationery, maintenance, and service coordination.
– issue POs, Proforma Invoices, and ensure supplier invoices are submitted to Finance.
– track Goods Received Note (GRN) returns and organize related documentation.
– verify monthly mileage claims and liaise with HR and other departments for approvals.
– handle reimbursements for promotional activities, block displays, and listing fees.
REQUIREMENTS :
; higher education is an advantage.
applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
in Bahasa Melayu and English (Mandarin is a plus).
with a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
with administrative experience as an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and immediate availability is preferred.
