Key Responsibilities
Project Controller
- Serve as the Project Document Controller, responsible for updating, recording, and filing project costs and other related documentation (may require occasional presence at project sites).
- Track, record, and compile all project costs and expenses, including subcontracting costs / expenses for personnel.
- Assist Project Managers and Engineers with related personnel tracking, as-built documentation, and project archiving where relevant.
- Verify and submit staff expense claims.
Compliance and Departmental Support
General Administration : Handle other Departmental and Project administrative tasks as assigned. (e.g., Floor Warden, HSE Committee member, First Aider).Implement and enforce the Company’s ISO9001 Quality Management System policies and procedures.Claims Management
Process Claim : Follow up with respective personnel (Project Engineers, Technicians) to ensure all claims (Overtime, Salary, Expense) are submitted accurately and before the due date.Ensure all claims are complete (i.e., Google Map verification, receipts, and supporting documents) prior to submission and approval.Process claims and liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure timely payout.Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Diploma education or relevant qualification,Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel ) for tracking and reporting.Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is a strong advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
