Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, site visits, data collection, client meetings, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across assigned markets.
• Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify potential customers.
• Perform site visits and data collection to support proposals.
• Prepare proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
