The Senior Analyst - Payroll supports the global HR business with best practices, governance, and monitoring of payroll processes. This role includes supporting modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Strada, ADP Celergo, and Employee Central.
Reporting to the Global HRIS Manager, the Senior HRIS Analyst - Payroll will leverage their payroll and HR expertise to lead projects, gather requirements, improve business processes, manage change, ensure quality, mitigate risk, and support user enablement. Collaboration and effective project delivery will maximize the value of our SuccessFactors solution.
Key responsibilities
- Support Kerry’s overall ICT Payroll strategy and help drive efficiencies in our configuration to support enhanced ways of working across our global teams.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a full set of functional services and technical services.
- Proactively monitor and resolve any system related issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality.
- Lead on any mergers, acquisitions and divestiture activities, ensuring key stakeholders, such as Finance and ICT Service Delivery teams, are fully engaged.
- Deliver new business solutions by executing projects from end-to-end, by participating in activities ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration, test planning and execution, support for training documentation delivery and post go live support.
- Manage day-to-day changes for Kerry’s payroll, including configuration and role-based permissions.
- Ensure consistent process across our solution.
- Support the implementation of new products, new processes and requirements.
- Manage the release cycles such as year-end support packs, and work with the Global HRIS Manager to determine our release plan / approach.
- Manage thorough testing of system changes in our lower instances (Preview / Test) and Production environments.
- Ensure regular refreshes of our lower instances to mirror our Production settings as part of regular system maintenance.
- Maintain updated and accurate system configuration documentation.
- Ensure that Kerry’s change management processes are followed.
- Interact with SuccessFactors Support and our Support Partners to manage issues / resolution
Qualifications and skills
