Accounts Assistant (Property Development)
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team at Setia Awan Holdings Sdn Bhd, a leading property development company based in Seri Manjung, Perak. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial management of our property development projects.
Job Responsibilities :
- To prepare AR & AP ageing reports and other financial reports on time
- To maintain and update daily transactions into system
- To prepare payments and ensure payment details are correct
- To prepare all the reconciliations including payroll, inter‑co balances, AR, AP, bank and etc
- Assist to prepare account schedules including fixed assets, accrual, prepayment listing and etc
- Update daily cash flow report and ensure sufficient funds for daily payments
- To meet Statutory Deadlines
- To liaise with both internal auditor, supplier and etc
- Any ad‑hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least CAT / LCCI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent from a recognized higher learning institutionMinimum working 2 years in accounting field, fresh graduates are encouraged to applyProficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting softwareAble to work in fast pace, multi‑tasking and high volume environmentWilling to learn and accept challengesProficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.Apply now to become our next Accounts Assistant!
