To ensure smooth day-to-day operation at the Engineering Department and to provide engineering function support to our users in line of company’s cost savings policy, to manage R&M building maintenance in accordance with EIMS procedure and maintain good relationships between engineering staff and engineering management. Responsibilities

Conduct meetings with executives on outstanding work orders and operational matters Report to VP – Engineering on major repair and abnormal happenings Liaise with end users for work requests Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workplace Delegate work to executives / supervisors Manage staff overtime, performance, and productivity Attend Hotel Operations Meetings Attend SAP-PR release within authority limits Maintain staff discipline Conduct job briefings and training Ensure compliance with legal requirements Ensure compliance with engineering IMS requirements Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or its equivalent At least 8 years of relevant working experience in R&M building maintenance or a related field with 3 years in management level Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia Willing to be based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang Be part of an exciting history-in-the-making, help shape the future with us.
