Hardware Manager

Job descriptionOversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware systems and equipment. Ensure all hardware-related tasks comply with company standards and safety regulations. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent system failures. Lead, train, and supervise a team of hardware technicians. Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity. Provide guidance and support to resolve technical issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Identify the root causes of hardware failures and implement preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting activities and solutions. Lead, train, and supervise a team of hardware technicians. Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity. Provide guidance and support to resolve technical issues. Manage hardware tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory to ensure availability. Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of necessary hardware components. Optimize resource allocation to improve cost efficiency. Ensure all hardware operations adhere to safety and operational regulations. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments. Prepare and submit reports on hardware performance, maintenance schedules, and team activities. Monitor hardware performance and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement system upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
