- Manage account portfolios, tracking and reporting on metrics, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
- Drive maintenance sales opportunities, including post-warranty services.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Engage with principals, partners, and suppliers in sales activities related to IT services.
- Collaboration and Team Coordination : Work closely with internal teams such as Pre‑Sales and Post‑Sales to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Market and Strategic Management
Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and strategic market approaches.
- Investigate customer complaints regarding quality, delivery, or service, recommending corrective measures.
- Proposal and Contract Management : Prepare, present, negotiate, and finalize contracts, quotations, and proposals.
- Issue Escalation and Problem Resolution : Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Post‑Warranty and Maintenance Sales : Follow up on post‑warranty opportunities to drive maintenance sales.
Education and Experience :
- Educational Qualifications : A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Commerce, or a related field.
- Industry Experience :
At least 3 years of sales experience in the GLC or government segments for IT maintenance sales, preferably from system integrator companies.
- 2‑3 years of relevant field experience.
- Key Skills :
Communication Skills : Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities to build and maintain relationships effectively.
