To manage the Sales Operation Process be guided by the SOP and WI established.
To maintain overall office administrative system for Sales Department.
To maintain the department be compliance with company’s quality certifications.
To maintain / improve the office’s condition be compliance to ISO , OHSAS 18001 and 5S.
- To manage new Sales Operation process practises from BPR discussion.
- To prepare KPI Updates for department’s achievement tracking.
- To generate report required by management.
- To prepare master price.
- To assist in chairing weekly Sales Operation meeting.
- To support operations by supervising Customer Assistants.
- To support operations by co-ordinate between sales team and internal customers.
- To maintain the department be compliance with HR’s rules and regulation.
- To handle yearly project.
- Key assistant to Sales Operation Senior Executive and Manager.
- Provide training, guidance, and coaching to subordinates.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
- Responsible for business process practises as established.
- Continually review the established SOP and / or WI for improve purpose.
- Creating new SOP and / or WI when necessary.
- Handling new development of control document (example : Customer Requirement File).
- Handling new project for Sales Operation improvement.
- Responsible for accuracy of report for KPI Tracking.
- Responsible to generate and prepare the required report.
- Responsible for the master price list and its accuracy.
- Responsible for Sales Operation meeting minutes.
- Responsible for Customer Survey Analysis Report.
- Training, coach and motivate Customer Assistants NE6 and below.
- Responsible for planning for annual training schedule and identify training needs for Customer Assistant.
- Responsible to act as liaison within sales team and relevant department at the factory.
- Responsible for controlling and monitoring office expenditure.
- Communicate with contracted vendors and new office’s owner on their service contracts, services provided and payment.
Requirements
