• Key Responsibilities
• Manage
• financial reporting
• , ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
• Lead
• budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• processes for business units.
• Oversee
• statutory reporting
• and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate
• internal and external audits
• , liaising with auditors and Group Finance.
• Support
• tax and regulatory compliance
• requirements as needed.
• Drive
• process improvement
• and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Provide
• financial insights
• to support strategic and operational decision-making. ###
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance;
• professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA, or CIMA)
• preferred.
• Minimum
• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• in accounting, reporting, or finance management within
• shared services, MNC, or insurance / financial services
• environment.
• Proficient in
• SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• , with working knowledge of
• Power BI
• or reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of
• budgeting, variance analysis, and statutory accounting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to start on short notice or within the month. ###
