Job Description

• Develop and integrate the annual EHS work plan, covering training, activities, and legal compliance.
• Monitor workplace safety, conduct safety talks, and address behavioral risks.
• Establish procedures for reporting and investigating violations, escalating cases to EHS management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of safety equipment and respond to incidents or abnormal events.
• Investigate misconduct allegations, including on-site visits to hubs or service points as needed.
• React promptly to emergencies, such as workplace conflicts or safety threats.
• Follow leads on misconduct, conduct investigations, and report findings.
• Coordinate and manage EHS training sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and job-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct occupational health, safety, and environmental training.
• Review workplace environmental testing plans, analyze results, and report on factors like light, noise, and heat.
• Oversee the submission of regulatory reports and liaise with government agencies on compliance matters.
• Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, implementing corrective measures.
• Conduct audits, monitor adherence to safety protocols, and provide reports to management.
