Environment Health

Responsibilities :

• Compile the incident records and submit the incident report to TC Head Office by monthly basic.
• Compile chemical safety data sheet and to prepare Chemical register for nationwide branches
• To assist on premise registration after consolidation of TCW / TCIES with TC Trucks peninsular.
• Monitor and compile the EHS Report (Scheduled Waste, Oil Trap Report)
• Monitor on the eSWIS compliance and generate monthly report.
• Coordinate the safety and health committee activities for steering committee and workplace committee.
• Follow up and support the branches to close the inspection findings and improve the compliance.
• Assist to coordinate the safety activities conducted at TCIE Head Office (e.g. fire drill, training, meeting, etc.).
• Assist in administrative work (filing, documentation, safety alert, network list, emergency contact no. etc.)
• Follow up the proposed corrective and preventive action.
