Job Overview :

As a Customs Clearance Supervisor, you will lead and oversee all customs clearance operations for air and sea shipments at our Bayan Lepas hub. You will be responsible for ensuring that every shipment is cleared on time and in full compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations, while advising customers on duty and tax implications. In this role, you will coordinate closely with Royal Malaysian Customs, OGAs, carriers, and internal teams, supervise and coach your clearance team, and continuously update procedures to reflect the latest regulatory requirements.
