Key Responsibilities
- Complete all onboarding modules and the relevant TC curriculum assigned by GBSKL HR and TC management
- Assist TCS or TCA to perform clinical study or investigator site management activities
- Undertake TC routine tasks including administrative tasks in supporting the TC operation (e.g. upload and file study related documents into VC or SharePoints, perform data entry of clinical trial information into various clinical trial systems including maintaining systems and local tracking tools, performance metrics reporting, etc)
- Perform quality review (QC) on documents related to Trial Capabilities
- Participate in process improvement / aiutomation projects for Trial Capabilities
- Understand, comply, and reinforce local regulations and guidance, Lilly medical policies and procedures, and GCP
- Participate in team building activities and other activities organised by the GBSKL teams.
Requirements :
A degree or equivalent preferably in a scientific or health related field or IT specializing in AI / AutomationAble to commit to a full-time internshipHave aptitude in learning new skillsets and knowledgeTech savvy and proficient in AI skillWilling to learn and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policiesGood interpersonal communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsGood written and verbal communication skills including good command of EnglishGood word processing skills and knowledge of MS Office applicationsGood attention to detail and accuracyEffective team playerAble to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and all personnel in Lilly's GBSKL organizationLanguage Capabilities – English (read, write, conversation) and local language, as applicableDesirable :
