Join to apply for the SAP Specialist - IT Department role at Popular Book Co. (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
- Provide support in analysis, design, development, and maintenance in areas such as SAP IS-Retail - FICO, SD, MM & WM.
- Participate in project implementation activities.
- Work closely with the SAP support team and team leads to prepare functional specifications, design documents, and change request documents for approval.
- Share domain knowledge with the in-house team and business units.
- Coordinate with vendors and users to gather and define requirements.
- Develop functional test scripts and system documentation.
- Maintain and optimize existing interfaces between ERP and third-party systems; develop new interfaces.
- Assist and train users for UAT and integration testing.
