Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our internet service packages. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell internet service packages to new and existing customers.
• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable internet plans or upgrades.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
• Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and community events to generate leads.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
