- Providing nutritional consultation and product recommendation to customers
- Attending to customers' inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products
- Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Assisting in company activities i.e. roadshows, exhibitions, expo & etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor from time to time
