As a Talent Acquisition Executive , you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for mass hiring & corporate roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & social media
• Conduct screening calls, interviews & assessments
• Build strong talent pipelines for urgent hiring needs
• Prepare documentation for offer letters & onboarding
• Maintain candidate records and hiring trackers
• Support employer branding & university engagement (if required)
