KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
- New Business development per target given.
- Growths existing customer sales
- On time collection as per target given.
- On time quotation and update project time line
- Establish reliable Sales Forecast.
- Order fulfilment as per given KPI.
DUTIES COVERED
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Conduct market research to uncover potential customers and projects within designated territories.Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals.Manage and nurture existing customer accounts provided by the company.Build Strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive company image.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients,Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales tactics and improve performance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status within the company’s CRM system.Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.REMARKS :
WORKING DAY : MONDAY TO SATURDAY
WORKING HOUR : 8.30AM TO 5.30PM
SALARY PACKAGE : DYNAMIC PACKAGE ( 1 YEAR 4 TIMES SALARY INCREMENT)
GROSS PAY : RM4500 - RM9000++
