- Responsible for driving business growth, meeting sales targets, and achieving profitability goals.
- Manage budget allocation, negotiate advantageous terms, and optimise fund usage to meet financial objectives.
- Build sales pipelines by leveraging personal, professional, and external networks.
- Pitch and sell online media solutions to potential clients and agencies, engaging with executives, media planners, and marketing managers.
- Represent the organisation at promotional events like trade shows and seminars.
- Prepare and deliver compelling responses to RFPs, proposals, and contracts.
- Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies to help team members achieve their sales goals across yearly, quarterly, and monthly benchmarks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to enhance outcomes.
- Mentor, train, and guide the sales / account management team.
- Foster strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, providing timely and accurate insights to support decision-making.
- Perform detailed sales analysis to measure effectiveness and uncover growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with regional teams to proactively address diverse business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Media / Mass Communications, or a related advanced field of study is required.A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency, with a proven history of consistently exceeding performance targets.At least 2 years of team leadership experience, showcasing the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.Strong expertise in comprehensive digital marketing strategies and various digital advertising channels.The candidate should possess a strategic mindset and an analytical approach to sales, prioritising the acquisition of new business opportunities.What you'll get in return
