Principal Functions :
- Operation Management of Industrial Sales Section : Overall operation management of Industrial Sales Section in domestic market & assigned regions.
- Supply and Demand Management of the industrial products in domestic market & assigned regions.
- Marketing Strategy Management : Responsible for the sales plan, sales performance, products promotion in domestic market & assigned regions.
- Client relationship management - Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
- Complaint Management : To manage complaints from appointed customers.

Responsibilities and Authorities :
1.Industrial Sales Operation Management for domestic market & assigned regions.
To create an environment that supports continuous improvement of the sales operation of Industrial Section.To market company’s products to designated areas.To develop new outlets and expand area sales volume.To monitor and ensure that all outstanding bills, either maintained by sales representatives or direct account are collected on time.To provide prompt feedback on market information to superior.To submit outstation schedule and market visit report to superior.To analyze and monitor the performance of sales staff and the credit worthiness of customers.To ensure, enforce, implement, follow and abide by the company’s policies, rules and regulations at all times.2.Supply and Demand Management :
To manage supply and demand in order to ensure meeting the customers’ demand of industrial Products in domestic market & assigned regions.3.Marketing Support :
Sales : To plan annual sales target of Industrial Products and monitor the sales performance.Products Promotion : To promote products through promotion plan in cooperation with other departmentConduct market research based on the project when necessary.Support IEBD Marketing to conduct field test for new product development or revision4.Complaint Management for appointed customers.
To coordinate with related departments in investigating complaints.To ensure investigation reports which are able to satisfy customers.Job Requirements : Job Requirement :
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management,Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics,All Business Field,MarketingPreferably at least 3 years of related working experience.Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and writtenCandidate are required to travel
