Job Summary :
The Business Process Executive plays a critical role in optimizing business workflows across departments. You will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that support digital transformation, operational efficiency, and policy compliance. This role serves as a bridge between operational stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring redesigned processes align with system capabilities and national regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare clear and engaging communication materials, presentations, and reports to keep stakeholders informed of cybersecurity initiatives and project updates.Coordinate logistics for workshops, briefings, and training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, preparation of materials, and virtual meeting arrangements.Maintain and update stakeholder and impact databases, including contact lists and records of affected departments or user groups.Track and document user feedback and issues during system rollouts, ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate teams.Support the development and distribution of user guides, FAQs, and awareness materials to promote understanding and adoption of new systems and processes.Manage change calendars, progress trackers, and documentation repositories to support reporting, governance, and audit requirements.Collect and analyze post-implementation feedback, contributing to lessons learned documentation and closure reports to improve future initiatives.Qualifications & Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.2–4 years in process analysis, operations improvement, or business analysis, preferably within new system implementations involving business process change.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both technical teams (IT, developers) and business stakeholders.Process documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or Excel Data Visualizer.Data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Familiarity with tools and processes used in cybercrime investigation.Experience in business processes within telecommunications, internet service providers (ISP), or law enforcement sectors.
