Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Banking, Business or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Fresh graduates encourage to apply. Willing to be based at our office in Jalan Hang Lekiu, KL. Your responsibilities will be to :
- Gather and analyze Business Data, Competitor Operations, and Reporting;
- Assess process improvement options & identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement;
- Liaise with Business Units, Treasury Department, Branches, Agents & related Operation Departments on daily operation matters;
- Communicate insights plans & maintain accurate and up-to-date daily task documentation thoroughly;
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
To be eligible for this role, you will require :
