Claims, Accident Handling & Investigation Senior Associate,

you will be in charge of ……..

Managing and overseeing claims, accident handling, and investigation processes to ensure efficient resolution, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, insurance companies, and authorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.

Claims Management

• Provide clear guidance to TREVO users regarding the reimbursement process.
• Manage expectations of both TREVO users and Car Hosts on the reimbursement SLA.
• Develop and maintain a system to record all reimbursements.
• Liaise with Finance and other departments (CS / Finance) to streamline reimbursement processes and ensure timely payouts.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve all reimbursement-related issues.
