Leads routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned areas, including physical buildings, processes, and support equipment.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and analyze unique problems that are new to equipment.
• Perform predictive maintenance by analyzing routine failures and determining necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Train lower-level Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Perform specified preventive maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Construct and assemble new equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Perform Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.
• Work from blueprints, manuals, sketches, and verbal instructions.
• Assist in repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
