About the role :
As a Sales Support Specialist (Relationship-focused) , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations and customer interactions . Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, you will transform customer needs into successful outcomes through clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution .

Responsibilities :
- Customer Enquiries & Order Management : Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries across phone, email, and other channels. Prepare accurate quotations and technical drawings, and process sales orders with precision, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Sales Contract & Compliance Oversight : Safeguard the integrity of every transaction by ensuring sales contracts, technical specifications, and delivery conditions are met without compromise.
- Customer Relationship & Communication : Foster long-term partnerships by delivering responsive support, resolving issues promptly, and aligning order fulfillment with evolving customer needs and expectations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate seamlessly with production, planning, logistics, and external partners to ensure drawings, orders, and deliveries are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
- Customer Feedback & Complaint Management : Champion customer satisfaction by conducting annual surveys, maintaining a structured complaints register, and driving resolution processes that enhance service quality and customer loyalty.
- System & Data Accuracy : Leverage the NetSuite platform to maintain accurate, real-time records of enquiries, orders, and customer interactions, enabling transparency, traceability, and data-driven decisions.
Requirements :
Possess a minimum of SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Japanese or German is an added advantage and will be given extra incentive).Ability to coordinate sales activities, conduct market research, and support events when required.Independent, resourceful, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.What you’ll get :
