Job descriptionMin. SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field. At least 1 year of experience in sales. Excellent communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage time effectively. Fast learner who is open to coaching and feedback. 20+ years of proven success in the industry – stable & reputable organization. Uncapped commission – no minimum requirement, your effort drives your rewards. Normal working hours – Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (no shifts or weekends). Hands-on training & mentorship from experienced professionals. Fun, collaborative team culture – we work hard and celebrate success together through team activities and events.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to engage potential customers / donors with a positive and friendly approach.
- Pitch products / services, handle objections, and close sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contact rate KPIs.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Log feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all requests and data are submitted correctly for processing.
- Collaborate with your team and participate in coaching / training.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and team performance.
