We're Hiring : Assistant Business Development Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to support our growth initiatives in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving business success.

What You'll Do

Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Support the preparation of proposals and presentations
Conduct competitive analysis to enhance strategic planning
Collaborate with marketing teams to align efforts on brand initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
