Position : Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Licensed Pharmacist)

Industry : Consumer Health Manufacturing

Working Duration : 12 months contract with PERSOL

Working Location : Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Arrangement : Hybrid (3Days WFO & 2Days WFH)

Working Day / Hours : Monday – Friday; 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary : RM4,000 - RM6,500 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

Targeted start date : Nov / Dec 2025

WHO CAN APPLY?

• University degree in pharmacy and a licensed pharmacist in Malaysia
• At least 1 year or more relevant work experience in Regulatory Affairs in medical or pharmaceutical companies especially consumer health drugs,
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and effective communication skills
• Analytical, meticulous and problem-solving skills including decision-making for operational issues.
• Time management.
• Able to work independently, multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work well with others in team work and with other functions

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

Manage new product registrations and product lifecycle management for cosmetic products, drugs and other consumer health products for Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore, upholding both internal and external quality and compliance standards.
